About me

I have been in retail travel for over 20 years, joining as an Apprentice at the age of 18 and working my way through the ranks. In 2009 myself and Shevaun decided to open our own agency and Destination was born. Now going into our 15th year of trading we have experienced some ups and downs along the way but personally I think it is still the best job in the world. I am extremely proud of the team we have built up, the service and the knowledge we offer to all our customers.

No 2 days are the same from looking at a Hen weekend in Ibiza to then by Lunch a tailormade tour round Japan finishing the day with a ski holiday in France, the job never gets boring.

I have been lucky enough to visit many amazing destinations over the years, including Climbing Dunn's River falls in Jamaica, heading to the top of the Empire State Building in New York, seeing the Monkeys Gibraltar and white water rafting in Bali.

One of my all time favourite trips was a training academy held in Rio De Janiero, Brazil. We learnt about South America as a continent plus visited Christ the Redeemer, Sugar Loaf Mountain and a wander along Copacabana Beach.

I am also a keen skier - if the conditions are right!! I tend to have a weeks skiing with family every year. La Plagne, France is a brilliant resort for Beginners and is my personal favourite but I have also skied in North America, Italy, Andorra and Switzerland.

My personal favourite destinations visited are New York City, Dubai, Bahrain, Florida, Tenerife, Majorca and Colorado but my all time favourite holiday is cruising, you get to see so many different places in one trip with the best food and drink a girl could want.

My bucket list is never ending but I think the main 3 I would love to do one day are The Galapagos Islands, Argentina and Canada.
